Cancellation Policy

Effective as of June 17th, 2023

Private Training:

We're invested in your training success and want to see you continuing to move forward. Because we keep our schedule limited in order to provide individualized support for each client, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for emergency cancellations or reschedules.

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be counted against your training purchase/package. For Free Initial Behavior Consultations, the card on file will be billed the cost of one hour of training or two 30-minute Zoom sessions ($160) if adequate notice is not provided. Please plan carefully to prioritize and maximize your training success.

In-Person, Zoom and Phone Consultations will be considered "No-Shows" 10 minutes after start time, without any prior communication.

No refunds or pro-rated refunds shall be given for unused private training sessions or packages. Please refer to your Private Training Service Agreement for additional details, if needed.

Additional Information for "We Train for You" and "Puppy Daycare Pack" Clients: :

We kindly ask that you avoid scheduling grooming, playcare, dog walking services and non-emergency veterinary visits on our training days. These outings can wipe dogs and puppies out so that they are not always up for learning new things. Additionally, if your trainer arrives as communicated and the dog is not available to train, we will count the dog's absence as a cancellation, as outlined in the Private Training section above.

Group Training:

No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered on unused or missed classes. Classes are comprehensive and structured to be taken in a specific order to maximize learning and training success!

If a set of classes is cancelled or rescheduled, a full or pro-rated refund will be offered if an acceptable substitution does not exist, or alternative class days/times are inconvenient.
