We no longer take intra-household dog aggression cases. If the fights are over specific resources (food, bones, beds), removing the resources can often help. If there is no identifiable cause, and the aggression has come on suddenly, then we would recommend visiting your veterinarian for a thorough physical exam to rule out any medical conditions and/or with a veterinary behaviorist to address the behavior. Oftentimes, the safest chance of success is to keep the dogs separated.
